Refund Policy
Proposed draft for Boris's review — not an active refund promise.
Current simulated checkout
No funds are collected in preview. A simulated refund changes the test ledger only; it does not move money.
Proposed Video Pack policy
A pack costs $79 and includes ten premium videos for use within 30 days. Proposed policy: request a refund within seven days of purchase for unused credits. Unused credits would be refunded proportionally at the amount paid divided by ten per credit. Credits already used to generate a delivered video would not normally be refundable. Boris must approve the window, calculation and definition of delivery before launch.
Problems with a delivered post
If a file is corrupt, cannot be delivered, or fails a promised requirement, contact support with the affected post. Proposed resolution: fix or replace it without consuming a new purchased credit; where that is not feasible, refund the affected credit. This does not limit rights required by applicable law. Creative preference redos follow the allowance shown in Billing.
Subscriptions
Cancellation prevents renewal and preserves access through the paid period. Proposed policy: no automatic prorated refund for a partially used recurring period, except where required by law or where the operator agrees to resolve a service failure. Annual-plan refunds, duplicate payments, charge disputes and service-wide outages require an approved policy before live billing.
Requests and processing
The operator must supply a support email and approve response/refund processing times. Once Stripe is connected, approved refunds should return through the original payment method; bank timing may vary. No live refunds are available while Stripe is disabled.
Approval checklist
Boris: approve or revise the seven-day pack window, unused-credit formula, remedy for unusable output, subscription/annual refund terms, support contact and processing time. The app must enforce the final approved policy before live launch.
