Who provides the service HypeCommand is a service for creating AI-assisted social content, editing it with your branding, and scheduling it to connected accounts. Operator legal name, business address, support email, effective date, and governing jurisdiction must be supplied before launch.
Your account and authority You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business and connected social accounts. Keep access to your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for confirming your business information, phone number, services, offers, branding, and posting permissions. Tell us promptly if access is compromised.
Content and connected accounts You grant us permission to process the information and materials you provide and to use authorized providers to create, store, edit, and publish content for your business. Connect only accounts you control. You can pause posting, disconnect accounts, disable eligible formats, and enable approval before posting. Disconnecting does not remove posts already published. Posts already accepted by a platform may not be recallable.
AI scenes are fictional entertainment, not footage of actual customers or proof of your business's capabilities. Do not supply unauthorized logos, copyrighted materials, likenesses, false claims, or unlawful content. We may reject unsafe or infringing material and suspend misuse.
Plans and billing Video Pack: $79 for 10 premium videos usable within 30 days. Lite: $69 per month for 4 premium videos and 26 quick posts. Daily: $199 for 30 premium videos; Daily 2: $379 for 60; Daily 3: $549 for 90. Annual subscriptions cost ten monthly payments and provide the monthly allocation throughout the year, not all videos at once. Actual applicable pricing is shown at checkout. Changes apply prospectively, with legally required notice.
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Extra packs provide separate credits with their own expiry. Free redos: one per ten premium videos and up to five quick-post redos per month. Proposed treatment of unused recurring credits: expire at the allocation-period end; Boris must approve this before launch.
During the current preview, checkout is simulated. No payment is collected, no card is requested, and simulated ledger entries are not actual revenue or a payment obligation. Publishing remains in dry-run mode.
